The BBR 7-Day Challenge is a taste of my training style and how I program workouts.
It will be completely email-based and have some really cool information/tips.
That being said, it will NOT be customized or suited for everyone. But, there are definitely ways to regress or progress within the challenge.
Below there are links to both challenges. Just a heads up, the men's challenge is going to focus on upper body while the women's challenge focuses on lower. Feel free to pick one based on your goal!
